Identification and contact data (name, business email, company, country), correspondence content you send us, and technical data (IP address, browser, referrer) collected via strictly necessary cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Responding to B2B inquiries — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).
Partner onboarding, KYC and invoicing — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).
Website security and fraud prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

4. Retention

Inquiry data: 24 months from last contact. Accounting records: 10 years, per Lithuanian law. Server logs: 12 months.

5. Recipients and transfers

Processors under signed DPAs: hosting (EU region), email delivery, accounting. No transfers outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards (SCCs).

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and lodging a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI, Lithuania). Contact info@europbsolutions.com to exercise them.

7. Security

TLS in transit, encrypted storage, role-based access, and audited processors.
